Return and Refund Conditions
1. Time limit: The product must be returned within 14 days after receipt.
2. Product status: The returned product must be intact and intact, and come with complete original packaging. We refuse to accept products that have been opened, damaged, or modified in any way.
3. Advance communication: Unauthorized returns will not be accepted without our prior confirmation and inspection.
4. Freight: The freight generated by the return must be borne by the buyer.
5. After-sales warranty: Within 14 days from the date of receipt of the package (based on logistics records), if the product is found to have quality problems (such as tearing, incompleteness, deformation, etc.), please contact us immediately and provide clear photos of the product defects. After verification, we will provide a replacement service.
6. Important note: Please keep the product and its original packaging until the problem is resolved. Please note that the color of lenses in different packages may vary.

1. Unpacking inspection: Please carefully check whether the product is damaged or the color does not match before unpacking.
2. After-sales privileges: Each order only enjoys one after-sales service opportunity.
3. Color and parameters: If the product itself is correct, it will not be returned or refunded just because the color does not meet personal expectations or the order parameters do not meet personal needs.
Return and refund process
1. Contact us: Please contact us via email at info@Gaialris.com and provide your order details (including name, order number, and reason for return). Please note that you should not return the product directly to the return address on the package to avoid being unable to receive it.
2. Prepare for return: Put the product back in the original packaging carefully, making sure the packaging is intact and the product is unopened.
3. Send the package: Hand the package to the courier and obtain the tracking number and website link to track the logistics information.
4. Receipt and refund: After we receive the return package, we will check and confirm it. If the return conditions are met, we will handle the refund procedure for you as soon as possible, and the money will be returned to your payment account by the original route.
