Gaialris always puts the eye health of our customers first. In compliance with the provisions of the Fair Contact Lens Consumers Act (FCLCA), we must strictly verify the prescription information of contact lenses for customers in the United States before selling them.

Verification process details:

To complete this process, you need to first provide us with your prescription information. We will then submit this information to your prescribing doctor for verification. The doctor has an eight-business-hour window to respond to our verification request. If the doctor fails to respond within the specified time, the system will automatically consider the prescription verified and we will arrange for the shipment of contact lenses for you.

Steps to submit prescription information:

You can send a copy or scan of the prescription to info@Gaialris.com with your name and order ID so that we can quickly process it.

Provide the prescribing doctor's contact information: Please make sure you provide the correct name and contact information (such as email or phone number) of the prescribing doctor so that we can contact them in time to verify your prescription. According to regulations, the doctor has eight business hours to confirm the validity of the prescription. If no response is received after this time, the system will automatically consider the prescription verified. It is important to note that these eight working hours are calculated based on the working day hours in the doctor's time zone, which is 9 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday (excluding statutory holidays).

What if I don't have a prescription?

If you don't have a prescription for contact lenses yet, don't worry. You can easily make an appointment with a nearby eye doctor for an examination through some online services such as Visibly. Once you have a prescription, just send us a copy of the prescription following the steps above.
